We are happy to announce that 2010 enrollment for Secondary 1 & 4 is now open. For year 2010, we will have 2 classes for Form 1. If you are interested, please reserve the space now. Although we have a minimum requirement of 3A’s in UPSR exam and 3A’s in PMR trial’s exam; we do consider other parameters such as genuine interest, parents’ involvement and student’s readiness.

February starts the Reading Months which will run until May! Reading is key and we’re taking this issue seriously. Many activities and campaign have been planned in order to instill the reading’s habit among our children. So parents, join us to enrich this experience at home too. Start your reading today 
Some of the highlights of February:
1) Library Week - get to know the library and how best to benefit its existence. Sri Ayesha is also doing a membership drive for Hulu Langat Public Library. Once your kid become a member there, he/she can visit and use its facilities to the fullest.
2) Parents Support Group Meeting - A special session with parents to introduce Khalifah parenting techniques and a discussion on parents’ involvement with school’s activities will take place on the 6th of February at Fatima Hall. All parents should come.
3) Public Speaking Week - get your child involve and let them speak up. This will be a very noisy week and we will launch our very own “Speaker Corner” at school.
4) Sports Day will take place on the 27th of this month. This is it boys and girls! You have been practicing it daily and it’s time to show the community that you can truly become a champion! Similar to last year, the venue for Sports Day is Stadium MPKj Section 15. Be there!
January is a Chaliph Month. Your child will be familiarized with school system throughout the orientation weeks. Special highlights for this month:
1. Run, Yell and Tell – a special event for level 1 primary and kindergarten levels to be aware of their unfriendly environment. How to interact with strangers and what to do when their safety and security have been compromised.
2. Student’s election week for level 2 and Secondary levels – continuing the tradition to elect a new set of student’s leadership to head Student Representative Council (SRC) for 2010 session. There will be lots of manifesto and campaigns!
3. Qiamullail – a spiritual enlightenment for students and teachers to begin the year. Compulsory for secondary level to participate.
4. BOMBA & PENYELAMAT visit – get to know safety drill during emergency and special demonstration by our friendly firefighter in combating fire!
A rare chance for new (and old) parents to get to know Sri Ayesha. How to use class contract, communication’s book, exam, activities, al-huffaz system etc. You can also take this opportunity to purchase books and uniform for your child. This 3 hours session will set the expectation right and will let you appreciate what your child will go through at Sri Ayesha in the next 12 months.
Get copy of your school magazine – The Glory 2009! Full of colors and reports, from students to students (and parents). Available from school office starting 7th of Dec. This year edition will be very hot like pancakes!! Don’t miss it.

We will be having dentist visit for the next 2 weeks at school. A special team of dentists from Klinik Pergigian Kajang has been so gracious to look after the children teeth – fight cavity – cleaning, pulling, polishing… just name it, they are here to help.
So don’t miss the opportunity to get your teeth check out.
There will also be special session with dentists on ways to brush, floss and fight cavity. Bring your tooth brush to school.
